Re: generation
My heart was filled to the brim with the interest from those who were able to come visit my stand at the Norwich Biodiversity & Regenerative Food festival where I showed my sketchbooks, photographs and plant dyes.
It was a big deal for me, getting my art ‘out there’. Being a festival where local businesses were talking about their ways of working with nature, I was in good company. Local organic food suppliers like Riverford and Goodery were there to praise mother nature with their organic foods, as well as others who work with nature to provide wholesome goods for us to enjoy!

I wasn’t quite prepared for all the wonderful, positive comments about my work. I was asked where I exhibit, do I do workshops, would I like access to meadows to forage for colour. The answer was yes, of course…not that I have anything yet in the diary. But if you’re interested, I would love to weave some nature magic with you!
There will be some work available in my shop soon, for sale. My work itself is all about the impermanence of all life, constant change, acceptance of the fact that now is the only time there is. So most of my original work fades with every moment, and often only photographs remain to remember its existence.
Do sign up for my newsletters, you won’t be swamped! I’m intending to send out an email every other month to keep you up to date with what I’m up to.
In the meantime, here’s an image of the work produced by those of you who came to ‘make your mark/leave no trace’ on Sunday. Many hands were soothed in the making of this community art piece, bless you all!
